About this product
Fibre Without the FussPsyllium husk has long been a go-to fibre source — but mixing loose powder into a glass of water is not for everyone. These capsules offer the same organic Plantago ovata husk in a clean, convenient format. No measuring, no stirring, no aftertaste. One Ingredient, Organically SourcedEach vegicap contains 850mg of finely milled organic psyllium husk — and nothing else. No fillers, no additives, no extras. The shell itself is hypromellose, making the capsule fully plant-based. With 120 capsules per pack, it is a straightforward long-term option for those who prefer to take their fibre rather than drink it.A Note on HydrationPsyllium absorbs water and increases in volume once ingested, so it is important to take these capsules with at least 200ml of water and to drink plenty of fluids throughout the day. This is not optional advice — it is essential to how the ingredient works safely.
