1. What ZepiQ is
ZepiQ is a free price-comparison service for supplements and wellness products sold by UK retailers. We show you prices sourced from participating retailers and, where you choose to buy, redirect you to that retailer's own website to complete your purchase. We are not a retailer — we never process payments, hold stock, or fulfil orders.
2. Affiliate disclosure
Some links on ZepiQ are affiliate links. If you click through to a retailer and make a purchase, we may earn a commission from that retailer — at no extra cost to you, and it never changes the price you pay. As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases. This never influences which retailer we show as cheapest; our comparison engine always ranks by actual price.
3. Accuracy of prices and availability
We source prices directly from retailers and refresh them regularly, but prices, promotions, and stock levels can change on the retailer's site faster than we can re-check them. Always confirm the final price and availability on the retailer's own checkout page before completing a purchase — the price shown at checkout on the retailer's site is the price that applies, not the price last seen by ZepiQ.
4. Your account
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You're responsible for activity under your account. You can close your account at any time from your profile page.
5. Acceptable use
Don't scrape, reverse-engineer, or systematically extract data from ZepiQ; don't attempt to interfere with the service's operation or security; don't use the service for any unlawful purpose.
6. Liability
ZepiQ is provided "as is". We don't guarantee prices, descriptions, or availability shown are error-free, and we're not a party to any purchase you make with a retailer — your contract is with the retailer alone. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for losses arising from reliance on information shown on ZepiQ, except where that liability cannot be excluded (such as for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud).
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the English courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
