Insert Neo. Thotics insole (flat side down) into footwear. 2. As illustrated ensure silicone is positioned against the back/rear of the footwear and check it is flat, level and comfortable before wear. Tips:The cut lines are provided as a cutting shape and guide only. You may fall in-between the cut lines or not need to resize insole. If possible it is also recommended to overlay your current insole to double check the length is correct.
