Pull support over hand & into position, with silicone cushions on either side of the elbow joint. Smooth out any creases. Sizing. To size, measure elbow circumference Small: 21-24cm (8.3-9.4in) Medium: 24-27cm (9.4-10.6in) Large: 27-30cm (10.6-11.8in) Extra Large: 30-33cm (11.8-13in)Materials: Polyamide, Polyester, Elastane, Cotton, Polyurethane. Insert: Silicone. Hand wash cold (do not use fabric softener). Dry flat. Do not tumble dry or dry clean. Do not bleach. Do not iron. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct heat and sunlight.
