Gently Processed The inner bark is harvested before being dried at low temperatures and ground into a fine powder. Naturally free from gluten and wheat, it's also suitable for vegan lifestyles. Two Ways to Use It For internal use, add one teaspoon to 250ml of water. KIKI Health recommends taking it at night and leaving at least two hours between slippery elm and medication. It can also be mixed with water to create a paste for external use.
