Product details Excilor Warts Duo Power Cryo+ Acid Treatment Pens (2 Devices) How to use How to use Excilor Warts DUO POWER?TREATMENT REGIME DAY 1: START WITH THE CRYO TREATMENT PENSTEP 1 Hold the pen down. Firmly press on the side buttons (indicated by the the logos) 5 times. The metal foam will become saturated with cold liquid and condensation will be visible (frosty appearance).STEP 2 Lightly press the metal foam onto the wart for a maximum of 20 seconds. For areas with thicker or calloused skin, such as the ball of the foot or heel, press the metal foam for 40 seconds. There will be an aching, itching and/or stinging sensation. DAY 2: START WITH THE ACID TREATMENT PEN. You may use an ointment like petroleum jelly in order to protect the surrounding area before applying the gel. STEP 3.1 Remove the cap: turn the cap to align the arrows. STEP 3.2 Pull the cap from the pen firmly. STEP 3.3 Hold the pen vertically with the tip facing downwards. When used for the first time, prime the pen and allow the gel to fill the tip. It may take up to 8 full turns clockwise to disperse first drop of gel (this is to build up sufficient pressure to break the airtight seal and release the gel into the tip).STEP 3.4 Wait to see the gel coming out from the tip. Every follow-up use: slowly click the dial on the top of the pen clockwise. With 3-5 seconds in between each click. STEP 3.5 Carefully apply one drop (one click) of treatment gel strictly on the wart. STEP 3.6 If the gel accidentally makes contact with healthy skin, wash the entire area with soap and water to prevent irritation or burning feeling of the healthy skin. STEP 3.7 Let the gel dry for 10-15 minutes before putting on socks, shoes or gloves. STEP 3.8 Carefully wipe the tip with a tissue to remove any excess gel. Recap the pen firmly and misalign the arrows. Small residues of gel may be left. Caution is recommended during closing and opening. DAYS: 3, 4, 5 Repeat STEP 3STEP 4 If the wart does not disappear completely, treatment can be repeated after 7 days according to the treatment regime. This regime can repeated 3 times. Dispose of the pens after treatment according to disposal instructions. AFTER TREATMENT. Do not expose the treated area to sunlight until the skinhas returned to normal. This may take 4 to 6 weeks. Skin hyper- or hypo-pigmentation may occur because of sunlight exposure.- Do not touch or pick the treated skin;- Keep the treated area clean;- Swimming and showering are permitted;- If necessary protect the blister with a plaster, do not puncture. Do not use on genital warts, the face, or areas of healthy skin, hair, dark moles, or pigmented skin. Avoid use on sore, bleeding, irritated, inflamed, blistered, or damaged skin. Do not use if allergic to any ingredients. If in doubt about a pre-existing skin condition, consult your doctor before use. BEFORE TREATMENT. For successful treatment you need to follow each andevery step within the Instruction for Use. Not strictlyfollowing the instructions might lead to burning woundsor scars. Start treating another wart only if you did not experience any side effects (normally within 5 days).If there are multiple warts close to one another (within 1 cm), wait until the skin has returned to normal before treating another wart (this can take up to 6 weeks).When treating a wart covered by callus, it is advisable to first soak the foot in lukewarm water for 5 minutes and rub the callus carefully with a disposable file prior to the treatment. If you have difficulties with applying the treatment for example on the foot sole, ask for assistance. Apply the Cryo Treatment pen on the wart only. Whenused on healthy skin surrounding the wart; stinging, slight burning or painful sensation of the treated area may occur, which may cause skin damage. In case the stinging, burning or painful sensation continues until the next application, treatment should be stopped and seek medical assistance. The skin may turn white temporarily. Overexposure could cause damage to the top layers of the skin, resulting in scars and/or may lead to nerve damage. In some cases a large blister may appear which can be painful. If so, please consult your doctor and stop treatment. The gel in the Acid Treatment is corrosive. Only apply one drop on the wart. Do not apply to healthy skin. If contact with healthy skin occurs, rinse with plenty of water.
