They can be worn anytime during the day and deliver the same support during activity or at rest. Regular socks can be worn over the top if you require. Additionally, they can be worn overnight to help alleviate morning heel pain, which is a common problem with plantar fasciitis. How to use 1. Apply directly to bare feet 2. Pull sock over the toes onto the foot from the wider end of the sock, ensuring heel area is in correct position with no creases. The sock should not cover the toes. 3. Repeat for other foot. Ensure you have the right sized sock for your feet. Size Small/Medium Arch Circumference 16 - 24 cm 6.3 9.4 Washing Instructions:The socks should be hand washed using a mild soap and air dried away from direct sources of heat.
