We suggest the Essential Blender Dual-Ended Eye Brush or the Dramatic Definer Dual-Ended Eye Brush.- TAP away any excess- BUFF onto your eyelids in a sweeping motion. WET APPLICATION:Spray a small amount of water into the shadow cap, then add a sprinkle of eyeshadow. Swirl the shadow and water together with the larger end of the Dramatic Definer Dual-Ended Eye Brush and buff onto your eyelids. TIPS:Prep your lids with PRIME TIME Eyelid Primer to create a smooth base and to boost color impact. Be your own artist.
